Ford is celebrating the Mondeo’s second decade of success with a new internet video voiced by Hollywood actor Ray Winstone, star of such movies as “The Sweeney,” “Snow White and the Huntsman”, “The Departed” and “Great Expectations”.
POLICE are catching more "morning after" drink-drivers, according to latest figures. The number of people arrested for drink-driving between 6am and 8am rose nearly 4% between 2011 and 2012, police statistics published by car insurance company LV showed. A further survey of 1,688 drivers showed that 3% had driven while over the legal limit the morning after a drinking session in the last two years.
New owner Tata Motors promises that Land Rover will add smaller vehicles and hybrid powerplants, but it hasn't said much about the timing. Land Rover will continue to share components with Jaguar, which is also under Tata ownership. Land Rover already uses Jaguar's 5.0-liter V8 engine in all but one of its vehicles.
